Hi, My name is Inga. I started building websites for friends who needed a place on the web to share their eco-friendly services and products. Mostly through word-of-mouth word got out that I build "Holistic Websites". There was a need for simple, affordable, and user-friendly websites with a 'spiritual edge', and that's how AQVA Sites got started!

Many individuals that are walking the path of health, personal growth, and spiritual awakening prefer to work with a web designer who truly understands their vision and goals. Being a vegan raw foodist, with a passion for wellness and spirituality, I felt that building holistic websites would be my way of contributing to the fast-growing wellness and fitness communities — both locally and globally.

Why "AQVA" ?

AQVA (a spelling variation on the Latin AQUA) is a symbol of purity, continuity, spirituality and faith. Figuratively water represents the 'middle' world between spirit and matter, and corresponds to the soul.

Water is an element that adapts to the shape and form of the vessel it is in. This is an essential quality for a web designer. AQVA Sites was born with a mission to offer high-end yet intuitively simple websites to empower spiritually hearted companies and individuals who strive to enlighten our world.

AQVA websites are hand-coded to the latest web standard to ensure error free pages, high search engine ranking, and compatibility with a wide variety of old as well as new and emerging browsers.

The design process is personal and intimate, paced to meet your needs. One-on-one phone consultations throughout the conception and building stages ensure that the end result is to your satisfaction. Each custom website is uniquely tailored to complement your visions, needs, and personality.

How an AQVA Site Works...

Usually an AQVA Site is developed in 4 stages:

  • Sitemap & Content Development (Content Planning & Writing)
  • Layout & Design (Visual Presentation)
  • Building (Uploading Content onto the Website)
  • Launching (Proofing and going Live!)

The Design and Building stages take anywhere from two weeks to several months depending on your needs and whether your content and ideas are prepared or need further development.

Here is the process broken down into steps:

Step 1 - Set up a Consultation to share your visions and goals. (All phone consultations are free).

Step 2 - A none refundable deposit toward your final payment of $125 is due. (Work on site map and content begins).

Step 3 - Site Map is revised and completed, layout and design stage begins.

Step 4 - When the layout and design meet your needs, we move forward into the building stage. That's when the content (including all text and images) is uploaded onto the site.

Step 5 - You submit all revised and proofed content including all links and pictures (using the site map as a guide) .

Step 6 - The building stage takes anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the volume of your content, and revisions (If any).

Step 7 - You will be emailed access to your entire site for a Final Review and Approval. (Remaining balance is due.)

Step 8 - Your brand new site is up and running!
